Villa Belvedere Campoli is an ancient 16th Century Villa, built by the Medici family, perfectly preserved and now transformed in a splendid château relais. Set in a panoramic position, in the heart of Chianti Classico area, it’s surrounded by farmhouses recently refurbished and tastefully furnished with antiques. The estate looks like a secluded hamlet that can be easily reached by a lined up, monumental cypress drive. The 16th Century architectural style of the Villa and the typical Tuscan countryside, with vineyards, olive groves and woods gives the estate an allure and charm that one associates with Tuscany at its finest. Villa Belvedere is a sixteenth century building, designed and built by the same staff that used to work at the main Medici villas of the time, such as the Villa of Artimino. The whole structure, austere and impressive at the same time, is made of the grey stone that is so typical in Tuscany. Furniture and details are all from a glorious past: tables, chairs, wardrobes are all finely decorated. Inside the estate there are also the old houses for the farmers, that have been recently restored.
