All air and land prices exclude passenger facility charges of up to $12 depending on itinerary and government entity imposed taxes/fees/facility charges of up to $51 eastbound and $91 westbound and the September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 for US enplanements, up to $5 per one-way trips or $10 for more than four enplanements.
